Proper set up and knowing how to optimize an image is essential for getting a quality print. It's been a rough year, right? But you are here, and building a strong business! Was that by luck or by plan? What would have made it easier? A plan, a path to follow, a pre-determine checklist to follow?

Absolutely. Pretend it's 8am and your phone is ringing off the hook. Your press operator is calling to tell you his wife just got in a car accident and he will not be at work today. What are you going to do? Is this a disaster, or simply a bump in the day? Do you have a contingency plan to ensure all orders will still be fulfilled as promised? Life happens every day. It happens to us, and it happens to our employees and their families. It is inevitable, and HOW you handle these bumps can propel your business ahead or destroy it. Whether it is as simple as an employee being out sick for a day, a key sales rep going out on maternity leave, or a natural disaster that impacts your entire community; let's build a plan so your business is stronger and here for the long haul.
