Click the link above to download an application for the 2023 DAX shows. Once you've filled it out, fax it back to our offices at (847) 770-4792. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first served basis - the best booths & biggest discounts go to the companies who apply early.

Application details:

• Assignments will be made on a first-come-first serve basis with larger space requirements taking precedence for space-assignment purposes. The management reserves the right to determine eligibility of any applicant.
  
• All booths include Backdrape. Electrical service, tables, chairs, etc. are available at extra cost. Water, Gas and Compressed air are not available at this show.
  
• Cost per booth is $1899. Discounts are available to companies who apply early, and / or purchase three or more booths. See the application for details.
  
• All moneys, payable by company check or credit card, will become due to Decorated Apparel Expo, Inc about two months before the event. A small deposit is due with your application.
  
• Preliminary assignments will be made on August 31, 2022.
